The rooms were well-kept, well-furnished, and had charming retro decor. The breakfast had a variety of options including coffee, tea, toast, cereal, and muffins. The location was very convenient and surpassed all expectations. All the staff members were extremely helpful and friendly.

Quaint motel on Hwy 66 with clean rooms. Retro vibe from the 1950s. Convenient amenities like TV, WiFi, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Located near a beautiful park and lake. Owners have maintained it well for 20 years.

We would love to return to the Best Budget Inn when in Carthage as we didn't want to leave. The hotel is great and has a beautiful location. The rooms are a good size and the owner is friendly. We really enjoyed the tea, cereal, muffins, and coffee available.

The location of the inn is great, with free parking adjacent to a lake, a large grassy lawn, and a pretty lake next to the property. Additionally, it is situated right next to a park where I enjoyed going for a morning run. The queen room I stayed in had exceptionally comfortable beds. The inn offers plenty of facilities including new carpet, coffee, and a telephone.
